Under his leadership, the Greenjackets have achieved significant milestones, including winning the New England Football League (NEFL) Championship in 2023.
In addition to his role with the Greenjackets, Pelton has been active in local politics. He ran for the Glens Falls Common Council representing the 4th Ward, demonstrating his commitment to public service and community involvement.
Pelton is also involved in community outreach initiatives. He has organized events such as the Greenjackets Football Skills Academy, a free program aimed at teaching football fundamentals to young athletes aged 6-14. This initiative reflects his dedication to fostering youth development through sports.
His contributions to the Greenjackets and the broader community have been recognized with his induction into the team’s Hall of Fame in 2009.
